For our Tenants: The best way to communicate with the Thompson Management staff is by making work orders through the Building Engines site or emailing us directly. You may also call Customer Service at 609-921-0808.

We will continue to Lease our space by providing access to vacant units for self guided and virtual tours. We will be conducting move in and move out procedures without meeting face to face with employees. Konrad will continue to provide all new tenants and vacating tenants with the protocol to move in or out without face to face meetings. Keys will be exchanged through the mail and video conferencing will be utilized for inspections.

We are no longer accepting rent payments in person, all rent checks must be mailed via postal service.
