Thompson Management & Coronavirus update
As of today, Monday March 16th, Thompson Management has implemented a work from home policy and the office will be closed to the public until further notice. Our phones are fully operational and all services will continue. Our numbers have not changed, you may still call 609-921-7655 for Leasing and property information.
For our Tenants: The best way to communicate with the Thompson Management staff is by making work orders through the Building Engines site (accessible from the home page) and/or emailing us directly. You may also call Customer Service at 609-921-0808.

We are making our best efforts to minimize any possible exposure for clients and staff to the COVID-19 virus and therefore no face to face meetings will be conducted at this time.
We will continue to Lease our space by providing access to vacant units for self guided and virtual tours. We will be conducting move in and move out procedures without meeting face to face with employees. Konrad will continue to provide all new tenants and vacating tenants with the protocol to move in or out without face to face meetings. Keys will be exchanged through the mail and video conferencing will be utilized for inspections.
We are no longer accepting rent payments in person, all rent checks must be mailed via postal service.
